This contract describes the general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) applicable to the use of the content, products, and services offered through the site www.paralid.com (hereinafter, “WEBSITE”), of which Paola Aralid Izaguirre Pérez, who represents PARALID (hereinafter, “OWNER”), who has their established address in Jalisco, at the following address: Calle Fidias 176-2, Col. Vallarta San Jorge, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. RFC: IAPP910429HQ2.
Any person who wishes to access or make use of the site or the services offered therein may do so subject to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, as well as to the policies and principles incorporated in this document. In any case, any person who does not accept these terms and conditions must refrain from using the WEBSITE and/or acquiring the products and services that may be offered.
I. OBJECT.
The purpose of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS is to regulate access and use of the WEBSITE, understanding that this includes any type of content, product, or service that is available to the public in general within the domain: www.paralid.com.
The OWNER reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, the contents, the functionality, the products, the services, and the configuration that may be contained in the WEBSITE; in this sense, the USER acknowledges and accepts that PARALID may at any time interrupt, deactivate or cancel any of the elements that make up the WEBSITE or access to them.
Access to part of the contents and services of the WEBSITE may be made subject to prior subscription or registration of the USER.
The WEBSITE is directed exclusively to persons who are of legal age (over 18 years old); in this sense, PARALID disclaims any responsibility for non-compliance with this requirement.
The WEBSITE is primarily directed at USERS residing in the United Mexican States, therefore, PARALID does not ensure that the WEBSITE complies in whole or in part with the legislation of other countries, so that if the USER resides or has their established domicile in another country and decides to access or use the WEBSITE, they do so at their own risk and must ensure that such access and navigation complies with the local legislation applicable to them, with PARALID assuming no responsibility that may arise from such act.

II. OF THE USER.

The OWNER is also not responsible for any damages that may arise from improper use of the WEBSITE. In no case will PARALID be liable for losses, damages, or injuries of any kind that arise from mere access to or use of the WEBSITE.
IV. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION.
In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the OWNER commits to adopting the necessary measures within their reach to ensure the privacy of the personal data collected in such a way as to guarantee its security, prevent its alteration, loss, or unauthorized processing.
In addition, in order to comply with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, any personal data collected through the WEBSITE will be processed in accordance with the principles of legality, quality, purpose, loyalty, and responsibility. PARALID reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy, according to its needs or due to any changes in legislation. Accessing or using the WEBSITE after such changes will imply acceptance of these changes.

VI. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY POLICY.
PARALID by itself or as a part of the assignment, is the holder of all intellectual and industrial property rights of the WEBSITE, understanding this as the source code that makes its operation possible as well as the images, audio or video files, logos, trademarks, color combinations, structures, designs, and other elements that distinguish it. They will, therefore, be protected by Mexican legislation on intellectual and industrial property, as well as by applicable international treaties. Consequently, the reproduction, distribution, or dissemination of the contents of the WEBSITE for commercial purposes, in any format and by any means, without the authorization of PARALID is expressly prohibited.
The USER agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of the HOLDER. However, in addition to being able to view the elements of the WEBSITE, they may print, copy, or store them, provided that it is exclusively for their strictly personal use.

VII. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION.
PARALID reserves the right to take civil or criminal action that it deems necessary for the improper use of the WEBSITE, its contents, products, or services, or for the breach of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The relationship between the USER and PARALID will be governed by the current legislation in Mexico, specifically in Jalisco. Should any dispute arise regarding the interpretation and/or application of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the parties will submit to the ordinary jurisdiction of the courts that correspond according to law in the state referred to.
