Additionally, for the proper provision of orthotic and prosthetic services, PARALID may collect and process sensitive personal data, which require your express consent:
- Height
- Weight
- Diagnosis
- Date of event/injury/accident
- Relevant medical history and clinical description
PARALID is committed to processing sensitive personal data under enhanced security measures and solely for the strictly necessary purposes for the provision of the service.
III. Purposes of processing
The personal data we collect will be used for the following purposes:
A) Primary purposes (necessary)
- Provide the service of care, evaluation, assessment, and follow-up for orthotic-prosthetic services.
- Integrate, manage, and safeguard files of patients/users.
- Manage orders, manufacturing, adaptation, adjustments, and delivery of products and/or devices.
- Address questions, requests, clarifications, complaints, and warranties, as well as follow up on incidents.
- Issue and send documentation related to the service (for example: confirmations, instructions, reports, recommendations, and operational communications).
B) Secondary purposes (not necessary)
- Send information, advertising, and promotions about PARALID's products and services.
If you do not wish for your data to be used for secondary purposes, you may express this at any time by sending an email to info@paralid.com with the subject “Refusal for secondary purposes”.
The refusal for the use of your personal data for secondary purposes will not be a reason to deny you the requested services or products.

PARALID informs you that, as a general rule, it does not share your personal data with authorities, companies, organizations, or individuals other than PARALID, and that they will be used exclusively for the stated purposes.

PARALID will respond within a maximum period of 2 (two) weeks, through the same email from which the request was submitted, unless applicable legislation allows or requires a different timeframe.
VI. Revocation of consent and limitation of use or disclosure
You can revoke the consent that, if applicable, you have granted us for the processing of your personal data. You may also request the limitation of the use or disclosure of your data.
